2025 Winter Wonderland

Celebrate History, Community, and Fun at the Winter Wonderland Open House!

Join us for a FREE, family-friendly event on Saturday, Nov. 29 and experience a day full of learning, creativity, and community connection. This festive Open House offers activities and experiences for all ages:

🎶 NEPA Young Musicians will delight visitors with live performances.
🧵 Lilyanne Design will demonstrate how to create hand-punched wool rugs—a hands-on craft for all ages.
☕ Warm up at our hot cocoa bar and enjoy treats from our popcorn bar.
🎨 Kids’ activities: marshmallow snowman and decorate a sugar cookie.
🧪 Hands-on History Lab: Perfect for curious minds, with interactive exhibits that bring Wayne County’s past to life.
🛍️ Museum Gift Shop: Discover unique gifts, collectibles, and holiday treasures.
📚 Research Library: A treasure trove for genealogists, historians, and anyone interested in exploring local history. 
🎟️CASH raffle live drawing at 3pm.

Meet our passionate trustees, staff, and volunteers who work every day to preserve and share the story of Wayne County. Enjoy light refreshments, explore fascinating exhibits, and connect with your community in a welcoming, festive environment.
